Company Set-up

What type of business should you set-up?  A lot of people think that setting up a limited company is the only way to more forwards but in reality it isn't that simple.

If you are located in Torbay (Paignton, Torquay & Brixham), Totnes, Newton Abbot and surrounding areas of Devon we would normally recomend that you meet face to face with one of our team to go through your requirements. For areas further afield we would normally work through the processes with you via phone and video conference.

If following a consultation you wish to go ahead and form a limited company it is important to get it right at the start.  Making mistakes in the initial stages will cause a great deal of work to correct after the limited company has been formed.
